Safety

After every session, we meticulously sanitize our equipment with an antibacterial formula, and replace the headrest paper to guarantee a clean and safe experience for each patient.

To uphold the safety of both our chiropractors and patients, multiple measures may be implemented. By request, our chiropractors may be accompanied by a female assistant. In addition, sessions may be recorded to ensure accountability and security for both parties. Furthermore, prior to obtaining a license chiropractors must pass a rigorous background check, ensuring a clean criminal history.

Before your appointment, you'll receive a questionnaire to fill out detailing any specific health screenings. However, if you're feeling unwell or have been exposed to contagious illnesses, please notify us immediately. Your health and safety are our priority, and we'll gladly reschedule your appointment for a later date.

Our chiropractors are certified in CPR and resuscitation techniques. In the event of a medical emergency, rest assured we prioritize your safety by promptly contacting 911.

Before proceeding with any adjustments, the doctor conducts a comprehensive screening of the patient. Following the screening and tests, the doctor evaluates whether adjustments are appropriate during the first visit.

If adjustments are not recommended, it is based on the examination results, and further testing such as MRI or X-rays, or referral to another healthcare professional may be necessary.

Your safety is our priority. If adjustments are not administered during the initial examination, it is for your safety. Rest assured, the doctor will guide you on the necessary steps to ensure safe and effective chiropractic care.

Visits

Kindly inform us of any changes to your appointment at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a full charge for the appointment, regardless of any subsequent cancellation or rescheduling. We do not refund appointments.

In the event of your delay or absence at the scheduled time, date, and location of your appointment, the chiropractor will wait for 15 minutes. Please note that the appointment will conclude at its scheduled time, regardless of any delay, and the visit will be charged in full.

The chiropractor can provide services in safe, sanitary locations where permission is granted and sufficient space is available. Please ensure that chiropractic services are permitted at your chosen location. Failure to cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance will result in charges for the session, even if services are not rendered.

In addition, please be advised that if the chiropractor deems the location to be unsanitary or unsafe, the scheduled visit will not proceed and will be subject to charges. Patients are required to select a location that is both safe and sanitary, free from nuisances such as foul odors, excessive noise, or smoke; and it must be safe for the chiropractor to perform services.

Expect a confirmation email 72 hours prior to your appointment outlining any necessary preparations. However, before selecting your location, ensure chiropractic sessions are permitted. Additionally, ensure there's a designated area available for the chiropractor to conduct their services.

Pets must be put away during the visit.

Absolutely! We highly recommend scheduling appointments for yourself and your family members during the same visit. This way, everyone can receive adjustments simultaneously, saving you the inconvenience of scheduling each appointment separately.

When your scheduled appointment time arrives, anticipate the chiropractic doctor's prompt arrival at your chosen location. Upon arrival, the doctor will efficiently set up the table, a process taking approximately 5 minutes.

The initial step involves the doctor taking a comprehensive history of your complaint to gain insight into the issue at hand. Subsequently, orthopedic and neurological tests will be conducted to further evaluate your condition. Range of motion assessments will follow to establish a baseline for your treatment. Additionally, the doctor will observe your gait and conduct muscle tests as part of the examination process.

Should there be no concerning indicators or necessity for imaging, the doctor will proceed with the adjustment. Following this, you'll have the opportunity to discuss your personalized care plan and explore suitable packages tailored to your needs.

Our typical chiropractic session usually spans between 45 to 60 minutes. However, as we prioritize personalized treatment for each patient, the precise duration will be determined based on the doctor's assessment findings.

Treatment Plans

Unlike our other treatment plans, our on-demand service option operates on a pay-as-you-go basis. With this option, you enjoy a one-time visit and receive the chiropractic services you need without committing to further appointments. If you're not ready to invest in a treatment plan, this service offers a convenient way to access chiropractic care precisely when and where you need it.

Costs vary depending on location. Please contact us for further information.

During your initial visit, the chiropractic doctor will devise a personalized care plan based on your examination results and findings. They will also recommend the most suitable treatment plan for your needs.

Our treatment plans align with the standard recommendations of most chiropractors, lasting three months to optimize treatment outcomes. With the exception of the on-demand service, our other services—Intro to Wellness, Active Recovery, and Acute Relief—mandate a minimum commitment of three (3) months. This ensures continuity of care and optimal results.

Throughout your treatment plan, you enjoy the flexibility to schedule doctor's visits at your convenience, whether at home or elsewhere. Should the need arise, treatment plans can be extended, allowing up to three (3) freezes in a calendar year to accommodate your circumstances.

Treatment plans are not transferable.

If you fail to schedule any visits and have not frozen your treatment plan, those visits will be forfeited.

Except for the On-Demand Service, all of our treatment plans - Intro to Wellness, Active Recovery, and Acute Relief - extend a 50% discount for a limited time to additional family members residing in the same household. This means that family members can avail themselves of chiropractic care at half the on-demand price without needing to purchase a treatment plan.

There is a household limit of three (3) adults and five (5) youth. All household members must be present at the time of the visit. For example, if a patient schedules an at-home appointment at 5:00 PM, any partner or child to be adjusted must be present at the home before 5:30 PM for the chiropractor to provide treatment. If not present at the same time and place, the visit will be forfeited.

There is a 24-hour cancellation policy on all visits, and all visits will be charged 24 hours before the time/date of visit.

Cancellation Policy

If you choose to cancel your treatment plan before the completion of the three (3) month period, you will be charged 50% of the remaining balance.

After your treatment plan is completed,  it will automatically renew each month. Please give us 30 day notice to cancel your treatment plan.

Services

During your initial visit, the doctor conducts a comprehensive examination which includes reviewing your medical history and performing a series of assessments such as Orthopedic Exams, Muscle Testing, Neurological Exams (if necessary), Gate Examination, Postural Examination, and Motion Palpation.

If the doctor identifies the need for additional tests based on his findings, diagnostic tests like x-rays or MRIs may be ordered.

Following the initial examination, the doctor evaluates whether adjustments are appropriate for you during the first visit. If adjustments are not recommended, it is based on the examination results, and further testing or referral to another healthcare professional may be necessary.

Your safety is our priority. If adjustments are not administered during the initial examination, it is for your well-being. Rest assured, the doctor will guide you on the necessary steps to ensure safe and effective chiropractic care.

With the exception of the On-Demand Service, all of our treatment plans cover the cost of the initial examination. Here's how it works: when you schedule your New Patient Special, the fee for the examination is included. Should you choose to purchase a treatment plan afterward, the cost of the examination will be deducted from your first month's treatment plan fee. However, if you opt not to purchase a treatment plan, the charge for the initial examination will not be deducted from any subsequent visits, should you decide to schedule additional On-Demand Services.

Overall, TENS therapy offers a safe, convenient, and effective method for managing pain and promoting comfort and well-being for individuals dealing with a variety of pain conditions. However, it's essential to consult with a healthcare professional before using a TENS unit, especially if you have underlying health conditions or concerns.

Additionally, individuals with certain medical conditions, such as diabetes, vascular diseases, or sensory impairments, should consult a healthcare professional before using heat therapy to ensure safety and effectiveness.
